Psychological Interventions

Psychological interventions are supportive tools and techniques used by trained professionals to help people manage stress, emotional challenges, or mental health conditions. These can include talking therapies like counseling, psychotherapy, and can include mindfulness exercises, cognitive-behavioral strategies, or relaxation methods. The goal is to help individuals understand their thoughts, feelings and better, build healthy coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.

Therapy session duration is 45-50 minutes and recommended frequency between follow ups is once/weekly. However, your individual therapist would tailor your therapy plan and follow up mutually based on individual needs.

Total number of sessions and frequency between sessions are determined in the initial sessions based on individual needs of clients and can vary widely. Your therapist is the best person to advise you once you establish contact.
