Professional Journey
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience across multidisciplinary clinics and leading mental-health platforms, providing care to adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. My work spans mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, dissociation, personality dynamics, relationship and family distress, performance anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and self-worth concerns.
In addition to therapy, I have conducted comprehensive assessments, contributed to mental-health programs, and collaborated closely with psychiatrists and allied professionals to ensure integrated care. I have worked on semi-government projects with the Aditya Birla Education Trust and the Central Industrial Security Force, completing over 3,000 assessments for high-risk security roles.
I have also mentored early-career psychologists, developed structured assessment batteries, contributed to clinical protocols and therapeutic frameworks, and led case discussions across teams—strengthening systems-level mental-health care while upholding best ethical practices.
Therapeutic Approach
My approach is integrative and evidence-informed, shaped by an understanding that each individual’s history and context require a personalised method. I draw from:
• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
• Schema Therapy
• Trauma-informed and attachment-focused frameworks
• Emotion-Focused and interpersonal approaches
• Psychodynamic formulation and insight-building
• Somatic grounding and regulation strategies
I work collaboratively with clients to build clarity, emotional stability, and long-term coping, ensuring therapy is structured, goal-oriented, and paced according to each client’s comfort.
Work Philosophy
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful therapeutic progress comes from clarity, consistency, and a respectful therapeutic alliance. I aim to create a space where clients can understand their patterns, process their experiences, and develop skills that support sustainable change.
