Mindcare Eudaemonia Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India, owns and  operates the Harmony Therapy World platform ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). The  platform facilitates access to licensed mental health professionals for therapy and counselling  sessions in English, regional Indian languages, and other supported languages through secure  video conferencing, telephonic consultations, and related digital technologies. 

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the platform and its services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these  Terms, you are advised to immediately discontinue use of the website, app, or services. 

The Company reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.  Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any changes made. Please review this  page periodically. 

2. Definitions 

• "User", "You", or "Visitor" refers to any individual who accesses or usesthe Harmony  Therapy World platform or its services. 

• "Professional" or "Therapist" refers to licensed mental health and health practitioners registered on the platform. 

• "Content" means any information, materials, images, text, or communications shared via  the platform. 

3. Use of Services 

The platform provides a space for Users to connect with verified mental health and health  professionals for remote consultation, therapy and counselling. All interactions take place through secure video conferencing, voice calls, or related telehealth tools. Services are  intended for informational and therapeutic purposes and are not a substitute for emergency medical services. 

You agree: 

• To provide accurate and complete information during registration; 

• To maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; 

• To use the platform only for lawful and ethical purposes.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property 

All logos, trademarks, content, and design elements on the platform are the intellectual property  of Mindcare Eudaemonia Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. No part of the website or app may be  copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, or distributed in any way for commercial purposes  without prior written consent. 

Any unauthorized use of the content, branding, or materials is strictly prohibited and may result  in legal action. 

5. Acceptable Use Policy 

(A) Security Rules 

Users are strictly prohibited from violating the security of the platform, including but not limited  to: 

1. Unauthorized access to data or accounts. 

2. Attempting to probe or breach platform security systems. 

3. Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code. 

4. Overloading or crashing the system via denial-of-service attacks. 

5. Sending unsolicited communications, including advertisements. 

Such violations may result in civil or criminal penalties. We reserve the right to investigate and  cooperate with law enforcement in such matters.

By using the Harmony Therapy World platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless  Mindcare Eudaemonia Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any  claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

7. Accuracy and Limitation of Liability 

• Neither the Company nor any third parties warrant or guarantee the accuracy,  completeness, performance, suitability, or timeliness of the information or materials available on  this platform for any specific purpose. 

• You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors,

and we expressly exclude liability for such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent. • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of  this platform or reliance on its content. 

• Use of this platform is entirely at your own risk. 

8. External Links and Linking Policy 

• This website may contain links to third-party websites provided for your convenience and  additional information. These links do not signify our endorsement, and we hold no  responsibility for the content or accuracy of such external sites. 

• You may not create a hyperlink or link to this website from any other platform or  document without prior written consent from Mindcare Eudaemonia Pvt. Ltd. • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with third party websites linked from this platform. 

9. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages 

Mindcare Eudaemonia Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliated entities are not liable for any loss of profits,  data, goodwill, or hardware damage resulting from: 

• Use or inability to use the platform; 

• Service delays or interruptions; 

• Errors, defects, or failures in communication systems. 

This disclaimer applies regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such  damages. 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the  use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New  Delhi, India. 

11. General Provisions 

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the  use of the Harmony Therapy World platform. 

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions  will remain in full force and effect. 

• No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. 

If you are in a crisis or require emergency support, please contact local emergency services  immediately. The Harmony Therapy World platform is not equipped to handle medical  emergencies.
