Refund Policy

At Harmony Therapy World, we strive to provide high-quality mental health services with transparency and client satisfaction at the core of our values. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services booked through our platform and processed via Razorpay.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Session Cancellations by Harmony Therapy World due to unforeseen therapist unavailability or technical issues.
  • Client Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
  • Duplicate Payments made due to technical errors.
  • Failed Transactions where the payment is debited but the service is not confirmed.
 

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note, refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Completed sessions or services already delivered.
  • Promotional packages, discounted offers, or bundled services once availed.
 

 Refund Processing Timeline

  • All approved refund requests will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay-linked debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Please note that the actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

 


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at feedback.harmonytherapyworld@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Transaction ID / Razorpay reference number
  • Date and time of booking
  • Reason for refund request

Our support team will respond within 72 hours with a resolution or update on the refund status.

 

 Razorpay Compliance

All payment and refund transactions are securely processed via Razorpay, complying with RBI regulations and industry-standard data protection protocols. Harmony Therapy World does not store any sensitive card or banking information.
